How dare the city force residents to pay $4500 to hook up to city water/sewer even if they do not want it...I don't understand how the city can force people into paying for services they do not want. Most of us don't have that extra money just lying around!

You did NOT hear that at ANY city council meeting I have EVER attended. Why not come on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month at 7 in City Hall and hear first hand the facts!?
