Personal attacks from anyone, in any direction, are stupid. So, no, I don't give him a pass. No, I haven't read many of his posts, so I don't know the history. Don't really care to. It sure seems a lot easier to be vicious, though, when you don't identify yourself. I generally don't waste my time with this forum. This issue, however, is very important to me and my neighbors so I have spent far more time and energy here than ever before. Likely won't continue, though, once this issue is resolved one way or the other. |

Most of it comes from one city councilman in particular and a former one. What I find laughable about them is that they talked far worse about Buskirk when he was in. Bottom line, these people went absolutely insane over the money Buskirk spent on the new fire station. Now, Deckard and Holloway have been trying to spend more than double that amount and these hypocrits are telling us it's cool for them to do it. A very classy lady told me not too long ago that I say what needs to be said on here. I don't know, but what I do know is that since both Deckard and Buskirk have been in office, this town has gone downhill very badly. |

However, its like the heckler in the back room that just continues to run his suck or in his case a turd in the punch bowl. He has no real knowledge of what he is saying, only that he is bitter. I encourage you to look at his previous posts and attacks on most everyone in this community. You know what they say about casting stones from a glass house. I have encouraged him to address his problems directly with the people he is dissatisfied with in person, however he chooses to ridicule those people and the community on here. We are fortunate to live in a Country that allows us our freedoms, where we can openly debate these issues such as the annexation. However it affects any of us, I believe the council will try and do whats best for all involved. Unfortunately not everyone will agree. Hopefully it will work out best for all involved. |

Obviously I can't prove it as I do not have access to the accounts and subscribers names. However, as many of you have done, I can take an educated guess, judging from personal experience and dealings with them. Patriot: I originally thought this was a council member, but after reading his last post and going back over several postings, I believe this to be the mayor. Rven if by chance I am wrong, these four have tried to intimidate and chastise anyone on that has any disagreement withwhat the town is doing. From the police dept. to anything employees etc. |

It doesn't take an educated person to decipher your bitterness towards the city and its administration. As a proud member of the community, I take offense to your comments! You have nothing good to say of anyone, always negative. Your posts are littered with complete distortion of the facts. Your slander of our city is detestable! I tend to think no matter the situation you are going to find fault. I may not agree on everything that happens in our city, but it is much easier to work together to accomplish the necessities for our community. |
