On a somewhat related note. I think it's time Martinsville cancelled the fireworks show. It's just too dry guys

There is this thing called water they can use. I heard they will wet the ground before setting off the fireworks. So why make everyone suffer if they can do this?

Really? They are going to soak down the entire park? It isn't just the ground fireworks its also the ones that leave the ground.

You say that now til a stray firework goes off too close to the ground -which happens all the time- and a couple houses catch on fire etc. I say stay safe and push it back til conditions are favorable. If transformer sparks can cause this...or I've heard lit cigarettes can too...what are FIREworks gonna cause. Just sayin...
