Marsh to close

The one in Martinsville is very outdated. It's like walking into 1975. Given a choice people would rather shop in a updated bright store with many choices..Walmart and Kroger both offer it here. I'd like to have seen Marsh build a brand new store here though. |

| artsandcraftsy Tuesday, July 10, 2012: 5:23 pm More from artsandcraftsy | I hate that. I loved Marsh. :( For quick trips or when you just wanted to shop in peace and quiet. Their prices were high, but sometimes it was worth paying more for a better experience. |
| Moose 65 Tuesday, July 10, 2012: 5:44 pm More from Moose 65 | I believe this is showing us that companies cannot survive here and annexation will do nothing to improve anything but increase the tax base for the city. It is sad to see this happen but as I said before the new highway is not going to help with more good sized business here. Maybe in our grandkids life time. |
