New Batman movie rises above Colorado tragedy

Don't roll the head back and look down your nose at me. I tend to leave the Lord out of politics as much as practical, as He is taken for points beyond what the spoken word says. Granted OUR behavior is not Apostolic in nature and runs contrary to the beliefs we claim hold of. Attendance at your particular church may not be the case for me. Nobody Important, You are right, might be a lazy excuse, but laying blame of political, societal ills on one group of people why someone else claims no faults of their own or those like them irks the crap out of me. I confess...charm and tact are not strong points of mine. Thank you for pointing that out, something I should work on. |

Do you think that "Cloudy" would make such denigrating comments to me if I knew the identity of the individual? No. Anonymity allows for the discussion to be debased. It lends false bravado to the anonymous sniper and promotes hatefulness rather than an enlightened discussion on the merits of an argument. This "right to anonymity" doesn't exist. This has been confirmed over and over in decisions from the Supreme Court. |

This is a classical case of projection. Anyone who knows me knows that I don't consider myself "holier than thou" or anyone else. I'm a sinner in need of salvation just like everyone else. Anyone who knows me also knows that I don't "look down my nose" at anyone. The hateful venom spilling from your heart belies your accusations toward me. If you have a problem with me, have the courage to confront me about it -- especially if you are a fellow believer. If I am in the wrong, I will seek your forgiveness and make an effort to change. Are you willing to do the same? |
| ronschoolcraft Sunday, July 29, 2012: 10:29 pm More from ronschoolcraft | Hang on to your Bow! :) Attendance at your particular church may not be the case for me. Then how did you know that I dropped my bow? |
| Sunny Sunday, July 29, 2012: 10:33 pm More from Sunny | Then lets take it to the next level Ron!! Lets do away with Doctor/Patient Attorney/Client privileges. Or in this case say the Reporter Times has no right to run their business the way that they want to!! They allow then so be it. If comments were a legal matter that infringed upon another individuals rights then action I suppose could be taken! Anonymous tips have shed light on illegal activities of all kinds!! Our own government paid out millions for tips on terrorists being killed or captured. I'm sorry Pal, you simply need to get over it, and if my anonymity is a big problem to you...then why do you keep talking to me, or several others on here? I don't care who you are, or who Nobody Important, Ratcatcher, Lassiter, or whoever is! Perhaps an atmosphere where they forced bloggers to post their real names and do background checks would be more suited to your "intellectual needs"?? It's fascinating the way you think... I'm over it. |
| ronschoolcraft Sunday, July 29, 2012: 11:25 pm More from ronschoolcraft | One is compelled to respond on occasion to counter falsehoods and libelous claims. You've made claims against me that are patently false. Each response reaches a new low in vitriol. You are making my case for me. Facts tend to evoke overly emotional, irrational responses from those on the wrong side of them. We're allowed to abort babies right now. That doesn't make it morally acceptable. Thanks. |
| nobodyimportant Monday, July 30, 2012: 6:04 pm More from nobodyimportant | Ron, I respectfully disagree on the issue of anonimity in free speech. Case after case has upheld the right to not identify yourself in speech, including on the internet. There are cases where disclosure has been forced, but to my knowledge, only in cases of alleged libel speech. Otherwise, it is protected by the first amendment. Check it out. |
