I'm not sure weather the Mayor is capable of doing his job or simply overwhelmed with trying to make excuses for their actions.If we look back every time they cut back the annexation we get a different reason for it shovel ready building sites to what is good for the people in the proposed areas and the best lower taxes for the citizens of Martinsville. Holloway in my opinion is breaking the law conflict of interest.Now how everybody else involved in this big scheme time will tell and will be caught the next mayor im sure will cover their self not to be involved. |
