These diviate indivials should all be shipped to one of the isolated islands in the Aleution chain.
Would`nt even have to put up a fence! They could fish all day for food...even fresh water..when it rains.
There should be zero credits in prison given to these horrible offenders...life means LIFE!!

incarceration has become a for profit industry. theres no money to be made by housing this person. i think what he was convicted of should prevent him from ever living amongst the population again. a sick brain does not get better with time and in fact WILL act out again in later stages of life. if any law defies common sense it should be revised and rewritten. i feel the outrage of his neighbors..
