Exactly what I was thinking. I moved out of there after experiencing first-hand the devastation of all 3 drugs. It's hard to find someone in Martinsville NOT on something.

Just curious why the owner of Bynum's was consulted on the issue? Seems an odd person to turn to for story info. But I do agree, Martinsville is full of drugs. It isn't a new problem either... it's been that way for a long, looooong time.

if you want to curtail hiv and hepc it might be wiser to make syringes available over the counter and cheap. im sorry, your thought process will catch up in 10 - 20 years. no offence to the honorable judge gray, i just strongly disagree..
