| nobodyimportant Friday, November 2, 2012: 9:18 am More from nobodyimportant | "Tejera said after cleaning up the property, he continued to sell small auto parts out of the building. Tejera said he sold cars and trucks off the lot. “I kept the business going so I would not lose my non-conforming use,” he said." This is all pretty weak on the owner's part. Less than $600 sales a year is not operating a business. How do you sell cars and trucks and get not more than $600? And not collecting and paying sales tax? I doubt the Department of Revenue will take kindly to that. |
