Design changes, weather conditions and right-of-way acquisitions have caused delays." You mean these are recurring issues that were left out of the original planning in order to sell the timeframe. Who builds anything outdoors without planning for delays, weather, etc.....? These are known variables that were ignored. amazing. Now that the shoulders are wide, can I fish off the bridge? |
| Out of the blue Monday, November 5, 2012: 9:50 am More from Out of the blue | Anyone remember the long pause in construction after the initial support beams began to be laid? Apparently someone measured once and had to cut twice. The steel beams were cut too short and so ensued "Plan B" and major delays coupled with a rise in the cost of construction. God forbid, someone admit their mistake and tell the public the truth. Our tax dollars hard at work. |
