Your right on Bob. Did you watch "Dreams of My Real Father"? It was an eye opener, even for me being from Illinois and knowing of BHO long before anyone knew about him.
In your research did you also find how dirty Romney is?

in 2006 the newspapers were predicting a lingering period of little to no economic growth that could easily last a decade. one administration isnt going to reverse that in 4 years. by 2007 the housing sector was already on its face.
i vividly remember gwb screaming " defeat terrorism, spend money " . and ' bank deregulation will create competition, always a good thing for the consumer " , in between bouts of " they hate us for our freedom " . at least obamas teleprompter keeps him from saying totally stupid stuff..

two sides of the same coin...two demons trading lies about fairytales...that's how the POTUS candidates have become...neither are pro-liberty/freedom/constitution...both have the exact same top 10 donors with goldman sachs being at the top for both...that should say it all.

You guys should read a little history book from 1971 called "None Dare Call it Conspiracy" by Gary Allen and Larry Abraham. You will learn something.

It wouldn't matter if Big Bird was president at this point.

We'd still be upset. And, he'd still be a big yellow bird.

Life goes on.

Move on.

We had a choice between two not very good choices. It is sad that neither party could nominate someone we could look up to as a leader and who had the best interests of the entire nation in his or her heart. Big interests control politics and there are many to which fingers could be pointed.

I have an abiding confidence in this republic we call the USA. The political pendulum swings, but it doesn't get stuck. I have no fear that we are heading to socialism, communism or any other "ism." I have no fear that the extreme elements of either party can rule. Yes, the pendulum is left of center right now, but it won't stay there. I believe we are seeing the movement back now, as the left does not have the power to push farther left.

the battle is not demo vs repub, right vs left, red vs blue (aren't those gang colors?)...the real battle is good vs evil, liberty vs tyranny, freedom vs slavery.

It is that simple. Any repub or democrat that is not 110% for liberty/freedom is on the wrong side, probably just towing the party line.

We've all been "played" by this system. It was designed to divide, conquer and distract us...and you HAVE to admit, IT's WORKING! Let's stop being fooled, and fight for liberty!

The answer to 1984 is 1776!!

The Republican party has no further to look for someone to blame than the nearest mirror. In order to win a Republican primary a candidate must be completely unelectable in a general election. The Republicans thought that Lugar was too moderate, so they picked a candidate that was way too far right to win a general election. The result is that instead of having a moderate Republican Senator, we now have a Democratic Senator.

Those who call for a return to the government of 1776 don't understand history. I am not talking about the glamorized version of what was going on at that time, even in the history books, but the men (mostly men) behind the fledgling country.

Sure, some people came to this land to flee oppression and persecution, but once here, many became the oppressors and persecutors. Slavery was embraced, the powerful became land-grabbers, the native inhabitants were slaughtered and pushed into land cages, all in the name of "freedom" and "liberty". The government was set up to exclude women and minorities. It was a government for the privileged, even then.

Power and money corrupted then as it does now. The new Americans gave lip service to God in their rituals and on buildings and currencies while carrying out the businesses of commerce and government with very ungodly actions. Hypocrisy then and now. A very small portion of those who call themselves Christian apply Christian principals Monday through Saturday.

No, it wasn't different then. Only the names and gadgets have changed.
