No portion of Morgan County is in the ninth district, all of Morgan County is in the forth district per the state boundary lines.

Only one map on line shows that district line. Several including the one I just researched shows a new boundary line for districts.

How can Mayfield swear in Elliot when she doesn't take her oath of office and is sworn in herself until after the first of the year? In other words she is elected but Foley retains the office until the first of the year. Have they already jumped the gun and had swearing in ceremony that usually takes place on the first of the year or shortly after that?

According to Mayfield the district split would mean that Rokita is not our Representative for Washington township though he and Todd Young were on the ballot for Washington township.
