Not a surprising article from the past CEO of the Indiana Civil Liberties Union. Eugene Pullium should be rolling over in his grave having this man speak out on this issue.

He is right. The "war on Drugs" has not worked, and it is perhaps time to do something different. But doing what he proposes is medicine that is worse than the disease. Just because people refuse to obey the law and do what is right isn't reason to make the acts legal.

The ICLU has a history of straying from their foundation of advocate for the underdog and sticking their radical left noses into public policy. The Franklin College students are probably applauding his stand. Are their enough independent thinking youngsters there to tell this poor excuse for a college spokesperson to go back to helping the poor and disenfranchised, not give them another nail for their coffin?

I believe this is the only time I have agreed with this leftist extremist Krull. What people put in their own bodies after they 21 should be there own business, they are still subject to all laws regarding others safety, as in driving. I believe spending billions of tax dollars locking up and dragging through are court system non violent people is ridiculous.

ive been making this same decrmininalization claim for 25 years but until the issue was brought into the mainstream media the distorter would butcher the heart out of my letters then print the remains to make me appear ignorant. its akin to lying by omission.. much worse actually. its closer to substanciating ones bible belt beliefs by manipulating your opponants words.. pretty petty and childish at least..
