I think maybe the point of Mr. Kruse action is to point out the unconstitutionality of state run education; or at least to point out that it has become such a huge bureaucracy that common sense is almost extinct.

Check out what Charlotte Iserbyt, the former Senior Policy Advisor in the U.S. Department of Education, has to say about state education centers.

"Truth isn’t something a teacher — any teacher — can give to a student. The truth is something students have to seek out for themselves over the course of a lifetime." How much more from this ICLU educator-poser do we need to hear?

Perhaps Representative Kruse is naive, but he has nailed on the head a very serious flaw in the law.
The teaching of evolution is based upon un-proven theory and by denying the teaching of creationism, children are being denied the opportunity to discern the truth in the classroom.

At the heart of this issue is fear. The humanists are fearful of comparative creation studies.
