The one I referred to was another one that was bid and the bid was rejected. That is the one polluting the well head protection area. I agree with Tony that you can't compare apples and oranges. He did so comparing the Treatment plant expansion with being able to handle the water system. My concern as stated in my letter was them properly maintaining the water after they acquire it. Their track record on their current utilities don't support that. |
